How to Properly Service and Install a Steering Wheel Bolt on 2005 Dodge Ram 3500?

In order to service the steering wheel, disable and remove the driver side air bag. Partially loosen the steering wheel bolt and then the steering wheel can be removed with puller CJ98-1. Re-attach a new bolt (made tight with a 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.) screwdriver), and re-install the air bag.
