The first step to take off a steering wheel is to turn off and remove the driver's side
Air Bag. To let the puller work, cut the power supply wiring. Take out some bits of the bolt, but keep the remainder in the center of the column. Put in the L-4407A puller tool and OTC 7929A jaws or another tool like it, hold the top of the bolt and then start removing the steering wheel. Set the puller jaws securely in the pockets of the steering wheel armature before you pull the wheel off.
