How to Service and Repair a Blower Motor on 2006 Chrysler 300?

To fix the blower motor, turn off the air bag system by removing the negative battery cable. Take out the instrument panel silencer, remove wire harness and unscrew the blower motor. Install the new motor, clamp it, reattach the wire connection, install the silencer and reconnect the battery.
