How to Maintain a Blend Door Actuator on 2006 Chrysler 300?

To service the blend door actuator disengage the air bag system by removing the negative battery cable. In single zone systems take out the actuator on one side of the driver and in multi-zone systems one on the passenger side. Install new actuators and make sure they are aligned and that their connections are tight.
