  A: To maintain the windshield washer spray nozzle, first remove both the wiper arms and the cowl grille. Open the clamp(s) that are holding the hose on to the washer nozzle and get rid of the hose. Take the thermoswitch off the cowl grille and remove the wire connector from it on the washer nozzle harness, as removing the main washer nozzle harness connector can give you more flexibility when adjusting the grille. With the next step, separate the connector for the washer nozzle harness from the nozzle. Press between the washer nozzle and the cowl grille with a small screwdriver which should release the retaining clip, so that you can remove the nozzle. Enter the washer nozzle into the cowl grille and bend it slightly side to side until you hear the retaining clip click. Slip the washer hose clamps onto the washer hose, fit the hose over the washer nozzle and tighten them, giving the hoses a clearance of about 0.78 inch (20 mm). If the main harness and washer nozzle connectors came apart, fix that now and attach the washer nozzle harness connector as well. After that, join the ends of the washer nozzle harness connectors to the thermoswitch, then return the thermoswitch to its place in the cowl grille and finally put in the cowl grille.
