How to Service and Repair an EGR Tube on 2006 Chrysler Pacifica?

Service or repair the EGR tube by first taking out the 2 bolts from the tube flange at the back of the intake manifold. After that, remove the tube bracket bolt. After that, take out the 2 flange bolts found at the EGR valve. Begin installation by looking at the rubber silicone seals on the intake manifold part of the EGR tube. Fit the upper tube onto the intake manifold so that both end's rubber pieces are properly positioned and don't have any cracks or holes. Secure the EGR upper tube to EGR valve bolts up to 11.3 N.m (100 in. lbs.).
