How to Service and Repair a Vapor Canister on 2006 Chrysler Pacifica?

You should raise and properly support the vehicle before dealing with the Evaporative Emission Control Canister. Take off all the hoses connected to the EVAP canister, then remove 2 mounting nuts and the inboard screw from the bracket. After that, loosen the remaining 2 screws and pull out the canister. Start by placing the canister into the bracket and tightening each of the 2 mounting nuts. Install the inboard screw, tighten every bracket screw, rejoin the EVAP canister hoses and then drop the vehicle.
