First take off the transaxle, then remove the 3 flex plate bolts and the shim (4) and finally the flex plate (2). Put the flex plate (2) and shim (4) back, attach them with bolts (3) and tighten them to 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.) and later reattach the transaxle.
