How to Service a Starter Motor on 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

To service the starter motor, open the hood, disconnect the battery and raise the vehicle. Remove Engine Structural Collar, Disconnect wiring and Remove starter motor. Reinstall it with proper torque, reconnect wiring and lower the vehicle. Finally, check for operation and close the hood.
