How to Service and Repair a Lash Adjuster on 2006 Chrysler Town & Country?

To repair the lifter and lash adjuster, remove the cylinder head, yoke retainer and hydraulic lifters. Lubricate and reinstall the lifters, lubrication hole up. Secure the yoke retainer, torque screws to 12 Nm and then reinstall the cylinder heads. Carefully start the engine and warm it up.
