How to Service and Repair a Fuel Injector on 2006 Dodge Dakota?

Before servicing or repairing the fuel injector, take out the fuel rail first. After that, you need to remove the clips that keep the fuel injectors attached to the fuel rail. Lift up the fuel rail assembly, place the injectors inside and tighten them with the clips. With reinstallation of the same injectors, new O-rings should be used. Put a little clean engine oil on each injector O-ring to make the process easier. Afterwards, connect the fuel rail once more, start the engine and confirm no fuel rises from the system.
