How to Service the Fuel Tank Module on 2006 Dodge Dakota?

To service the fuel pump module, drain and remove the fuel tank, which releases system pressure. Note the position of the module with the help of the arrow of indexing. Use Lockring Remover/Installer 9340 to remove the lockring and then carefully remove the module. Replace the gasket, reinstall the module and tighten the lockring before reattaching the tank.
