How to Properly Service a Muffler on 2006 Dodge Dakota?

To repair the muffler, lift the vehicle and take out the exhaust pipe, unscrew the muffler off the catalytic converter. Install a new muffler with a new clamp making sure it aligns. Then screw on the clamp up to 61 Nm, clearance check and leaks check once the vehicle is lowered.
