How to Install a 4X2 (HD) Lower Ball Joint on 2006 Dodge Ram 3500?

Before installing the 4X2 (HD) lower ball joint, oil up all the threaded areas on the tool with a very high-pressure spray to prevent rust and ensure the gears last longer. Install the control arm (4) by compressing it with the C4212F (press), 97761 (driver) and 86983 (receiver) tools. When the ball joint is safely installed, replace the snap ring (3) before proceeding to put on the steering knuckle. Then, secure the tie rod end into the steering knuckle and afterwards fit the brake caliper and rotor. After that, fit the tire and wheel assembly and measure the vehicle's ride height before doing a wheel alignment.
