How to Service and Repair a Left Engine Mount on 2006 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Place support fixture #8534 together with its adaptor, adaptor #853416 and carefully lift the engine before servicing the left engine mount. After that, raise and hold the vehicle up as you loosen the engine mount bolts. Place the vehicle on dolly wheels and use the engine support fixture #8934 to lift the engine, so it is no longer on the mounts. Bring up the vehicle and the drivetrain again, before removing the nuts and removing the engine mount. For installation, fit the engine mount into the stop plate and hold it in place with the retaining nuts tightened to 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.). Slowly reduce your height and then place the engine onto the engine mounts so they are touching. After the engine is temporarily in place, hand-tighten the engine support to engine mount bolt, then place the engine on the mount and turn the bolt to 83 Nm (61 ft. lbs.). In the end, get rid of the engine support fixture and adaptors.
