How to Maintain and Fix an Oil Pan on 2006 Jeep Commander?

In order to fix the oil pan, take off the battery, and the radiator fan, and intake manifold, and Special Tool #8534 to lift the engine. Drain the oil, take out oil filter and unbolt oil pan. Clean the parts, test and install in that order making sure there is no leakage.
