How to Remove and Install the Grille on a Renegade on 2006 Jeep Liberty?

You need to free clips 3 and 4 first, move grille 2 forward and remove the two hooks 5 at the bottom of the headlamp units. After that, lift the grille straight up and forward off its tabs at the bottom to take it out. Put the grille 2 onto the bottom tabs 5 and then push the grille back to snap the hooks 3 and 4 onto the grille opening reinforcement 1. The steps to take down and to put up a Renegade grille 3 are the same as those used for the standard grille.
