How to Service and Repair an Upper Ball Joint on 2006 Jeep Wrangler?

Before servicing the upper ball joint, remove the hub bearing and axle shaft since it is important for the ball stud steps. Installing or removing the ball studs above and below requires having Tool Kit 6289. Place the tools correctly so it is easier to extract and install the ball stud.
