How to Service and Repair a Thermostat on a 2.7L Engine on 2007 Chrysler 300?

In order to service the thermostat on a 2.7L, disconnection of negative cable and not to remove the pressure cap when hot. Drain the cooling system, and take off the heater tube, the radiator lower hose. Lastly, disassemble the bolt, two studs, thermostat casing, O-ring and thermostat.
