How to Install a Thermostat for a 2.7L Engine on 2008 Chrysler 300?

To fit the 2.7L engine coolant thermostat, wipe up the gasket surfaces and fit the thermostat with the bleed valve at 12 o'clock. Install the thermostat and O-ring in the housing, screw in the bolts, lubricate the O-ring of the heater return tube and fix it. Re-fit the lower radiator hose and fill the cooling system.
