2007 Chrysler 300 Wiper Motor Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service a Wiper Motor on 2007 Chrysler 300?
A: The very first thing to do when servicing the wiper motor is to disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Following that, disconnect the front wiper module. When you remove the motor, keep the bellcrank nut on the linkage to prevent timing issues in the motor cam, since you'll have to get a new motor if it's removed. When buying from Mopar, the wiper motor comes with the bellcrank already attached. After fixing the front wiper module onto a workbench or a vise, carefully use a flat bar or screwdriver to release the linkage from the bellcrank. After that, remove the two bolts that hold the engine mount brackets. When separating the motor from the linkage, watch out because two pocket nuts can come out; you'll have to hold onto them for later use. In the end, take out the wiper motor from the wiper linkage or module.
