How to Install a Wiper Motor in a Wagon on 2008 Chrysler 300?

The first step in adding the rear wiper motor to the back gate is to check for any damage, broken edges or deformed patch on the shaft-to-liftgate for any kind of seals. Later, align the wiper motor (3) into the liftgate and then screw in the mounting nuts (1), tightening each to 8 Nm (70 in. lbs). Connect the electrical harness connector (5) and put on the plate below the liftgate. After that, set up and torque the rear wiper arm with 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.). Once you're done, reattach the battery negative lead to the terminal.
