How to Remove and Replace a Brake Caliper on 2007 Chrysler Aspen?

You need to remove the wheel and tire before and after replacing the brake caliper. After that, separate the disc brake caliper (3), the caliper adapter (2) and the rotor (1). After that, remove the axle shaft (1) and the park brake shoes (1). Take out the parking brake cable (2) from the brake lever (1). When you're done, remove the bolts that connect the support plate to the axle and remove the support plate from where it sits. Take off the caliper adapter mount (1) from the axle housing (2) at the end.
