To fit in the brake light switch, one has to turn off the airbag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable. Change the switch in case it has been removed. The switch should then be switched and rotated to fix in place by pressing the brake pedal. Adjust the plunger, making sure that it clips. Reconnect the battery cable and the wire harness.
