    A: Before touching the starter motor, release the negative terminal on the battery and elevate and support the car. After that, remove the lower engine panel and unplug the right O2 sensor electrical connector. The next step is to remove the exhaust pipe from the right manifold side through to the back exhaust system. Following that, take out the starter bolts and placing it to the side to access the starter's wires. Take away the protecting cap on the starter's positive cable, then detach both the ground and positive cable nuts. In the end, take out the starter from the vehicle.
