How to Service and Repair a Seat Switch on 2007 Chrysler Sebring?

The first thing to do is to isolate the battery negative cable. After that, remove the side shield from the seat cushion. Take the power seat switch electrical harness connector apart. Take a small flat bladed tool and gently pry the four tabs holding the switch to separate it from the side shield.
