How to Maintain and Fix a Wiper Switch on 2007 Chrysler Sebring?

Disconnect and separate the negative battery cable before proceeding with the wiper switch service. Following that, remove the upper and lower shrouds from the steering column. After that, unscrew the screw that is securing the right multi-function switch to its bracket on the Clock Spring's right side. Push the switch far enough away from the Clock Spring to remove the slide tab from its housing on the bottom of the switch. Once done, take off the jumper wire harness connector from the connector receptacle on the right side of the multi-function switch. The last step is taking out the switch from the Clock Spring.
