2007 Chrysler Town & Country Oil Pan Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Remove and Replace an Oil Pan on 2007 Chrysler Town & Country?
A: Before you can replace the oil pan, take out the negative battery cable and draw out the engine oil dipstick. Lift the car with a hoist and let the engine oil drain out. After that, take off the drive belt splash shield and the strut to transaxle attaching bolt and loosen the strut to engine block attaching bolts. Then, take off the transaxle case cover. After that, undo the oil pan's fasteners and get rid of the oil pan as well as the gasket.
