How to Service and Repair a Front Door Hinge on 2007 Dodge Charger?

The first step for servicing or repairing the front door hinge is to remove the front door from the car. On the lower A-pillar outside the vehicle, mark where the upper or lower hinge bracket meets the body. Afterward, remove all the hardware that holds the hinge bracket and take it off its bracket. After that, put a mark on the front door's hinge face where the upper or lower hinge will be, to help you place the hinges properly later. Unscrew the screw that connects the hinge to the door and remove the nut that holds the hinge to the door's stud. For the last step, separate the upper or lower hinge from the hinge face of the door.
