How to Remove and Replace a Parking Brake Shoe on 2007 Dodge Durango?

Before you can access and swap the parking brake shoe, raise and support your vehicle and remove the tire and wheel first. After that, unscrew the disc brake caliper from the disc brake rotor to take them out. Start by activating the parking brake lock, then detach the park brake cable from the back of the rotor assembly to let you remove the park brake shoes. Remove the axleshaft after that and then disassemble the rear park brake shoes.
