After that, put the water pump pulley between the pump housing and drive hub for now, set up the water pump and pulley on the timing chain case cover and tighten the bolts until they reach 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.). Put the pulley onto the water pump hub, secure with the bolts and tighten them as indicated with 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.). Unfurl the pump with your hands to check it moves freely and afterward, install the accessory drive belt and the drive belt shield. Last, top off the cooling system.
