How to Service and Repair Coil Springs on 2007 Dodge Nitro?

Before touching the coil spring, first lift and steady the vehicle and remove its tire and wheel assembly. Also, take the shock out of the car and then slip the entire assembly into the Pentastar(R) Service Equipment W-7200 Spring compressor. Press the spring until it's tight and take out the shock mount nut, then take the shock out of the spring compressor. After that, fit only the needed parts for the problem being solved which should include the Insulator, Spring, shock and mount.
