How to Remove the MAP Sensor from the Intake Manifold on 2007 Dodge Nitro?

Map sensors are found mounted on the front of the intake manifold and are fastened in place with O-ring seals. Before you take out the sensor, cut off the power from the sensor by disconnecting the electrical connector. After that, clean the space that the MAP sensor is located in. After that, remove the screws from the sensor mount and gently lift out the MAP sensor. After that, inspect the condition of the sensor O-ring.
