2007 Dodge Nitro Wheel Bearing Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Properly Remove and Service a Wheel Bearing on 2007 Dodge Nitro?
A: To start, lift and support the vehicle, then remove the tire and wheel. After that, remove the caliper adapter, making sure that the disc brake caliper is stable and doesn't damage the hose. When you are finished with the mounting bracket, unbolt the disc brake rotor and the wheel speed sensor. If your truck uses four-wheel drive, go ahead and remove the axle shaft nut. After that, unfasten the three mounting bolts for the hub/bearing and remove the hub/bearing.
