2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Exhaust Manifold Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Remove and Replace an Exhaust Manifold on 2007 Dodge Ram 3500?
A: Place the gasket and your new manifold in position, then tighten the manifold bolts to 18 foot-pounds in the correct order. Attach the heat shield and tighten the nuts to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.) after that. Keep the engine below the engine bay while being careful not to harm the engine harness in the removal. Raise the vehicle after the engine support fixture has been taken out. Attach the right and left side engine mount through bolts and the exhaust flange with pipe bolts in sequence. Once the other components are installed, lower the vehicle and link the negative battery cable.
