How to Service and Repair a Leaf Spring Shackle on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

The first step to repair the shackle is to first lift and stabilize the vehicle, then hold the rear axle. Take out the rear spring shackle nuts and bolts off the spring bracket. Lastly, drop the rear axle and disconnect the rear spring shackle to the spring.
