How to Service and Repair a Blend Door Actuator Safely on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Before working on the air door actuator/motor, remove the negative battery cable to turn off the air bag system and afterward wait at least two minutes for the system's capacitor to discharge. Lifter the A/C-heater control off the top of the instrument panel as your first step. After that, remove the two screws holding the mode door actuator to the rear of the HVAC unit. Then, remove the mode door actuator from the HVAC housing, separate the wire harness connector from the HVAC system and remove the actuator from the car.
