How to Maintain the Blend Door Actuator on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Before touching the air bag system, remove the negative battery cable, disconnect it and wait two minutes for the air bag system capacitor to discharge. Open the steering column opening cover from the instrument panel as the first step. After that, pull out the driver side front floor distribution duct out of the instrument panel. Remove the three screws holding the blend door actuator in place on the driver side of the HVAC housing. Lastly, free the blend door actuator from the HVAC system housing, cut the HVAC wire harness and take the actuator out of your car's interior.
