How to Install a Cooling Fan Assembly for Your Radiator on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Before installing the fan, connect its blade with the viscous clutch and fasten all the screws to 9 Nm (80 lbs. in.). After that, attach the fan, clutch and shroud into the engine bay. Fasten the center bolt of the viscous clutch with Holding Tool 8930 and then tighten it to 45 Nm (33 lbs. ft.) as you thread the fan assembly onto the water pump hub shaft counterclockwise. After that, link the bottom radiator duct to the coolant line and confidently fix the fan in the shroud. Now, connect the negative battery cable to the car.
