  A: To work on a 2.0/2.4L engine's fuel injector, deflate the fuel tank pressure and make sure you're in a properly ventilated place, to be safe from any ignitions or smoke. The first step is to break the negative battery cable and all the connectors from the fuel injectors. After that, unconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail and take it out. Loosen the wire harness from the fuel rail mounting studs and then remove the two bolts holding the fuel rail to the lower manifold. After you've removed the fuel rail, unplug the clip holding the fuel injector to the rail and both the clip and injector should be taken out of the rail.
