  A: First, put a tiny amount of engine oil on the upper O-ring, insert the injector in the cup on the fuel rail and secure it with the retaining clip. Then, wipe a bit of clean engine oil around the O-ring on the injector and insert each nozzle into its place in the lower intake manifold for a proper fit. Put the fuel rail mounting studs into the holes and fasten them with 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.). After that, attach the wiring harness clips to the fuel rail mounting studs. Link together the electrical connectors, join the fuel supply tube with the fuel rail and plug back in the negative battery cable. After that, use the scan tool to inflate the fuel system to see if any leaks occur.
