How to Effectively Service and Repair a Hydraulic Hose on 2007 Jeep Compass?

To repair the hydraulic hose you must take out the engine cover, air cleaner assembly and battery negative cable. Disconnect the clutch pedal pushrod and hydraulic supplying tube. Drain the clutch master cylinder, cap the brake master cylinder reservoir and carefully remove the master cylinder to prevent damage to the components or painted surfaces.
