2007 Jeep Liberty Headlight Bulb Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Install a Headlight Bulb on 2007 Jeep Liberty?
A: Always replace the bulb in your North American headlamp with the correct type and size to protect the lamp, the socket and all wiring from damage. Don't use your hands to remove the bulb or store it other oily objects, because this may reduce its longevity. At first, set both the bulb and socket into the designated ring on the lock. Put the grille opening reinforcement wire harness connector back into the headlamp bulb socket connector receptacle. Then, place the ring, socket and bulb behind the upper radiator crossmember, so the holes in them align with the keyed area on the back of the headlamp unit. Place the socket and bulb in the headlamp housing facing the opening and tighten it until it fits properly. Set the lock ring onto the socket and lock it by rotating it about 30 degrees clockwise into the flange on the back of the headlamp housing. After that, reattach the battery negative cable.
