If the door isn't opening properly, adjust it to fit correctly. Always use suitable body sealant on the lower hinge when you're working on taking off or holding the hinges. Add the hinge and the B-pillar bolts, tightening them until you get 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.). After that, install the door nuts onto the hinge and tighten to 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lbs.) and if the door needs adjusting, do so at this point.
