How to install a Rear Door Striker on 2007 Jeep Patriot?

Put the track for the door latch against the C-pillar and shim, then fasten the two mounting bolts loosely. Adhere the strike plate of the door latch to the bodywork, using the reference marks made during installation and tighten the bolts to 26 Nm or 19 ft. lbs. If there are problems, move the strike plate attached to the door.
