  • Q: How to Repair and Service the Cruise Control Switch on 2007 Jeep Wrangler?
    A: When doing maintenance on the cruise control, first adjust the steering wheel to the straight-ahead position. Cut the wire to the battery negative post for the front air bag system so it can't accidentally trigger and cause an injury to people. Give the front air bag system capacitor two minutes to fully discharge before starting the service. Get rid of the air bag and detach the connector from the Clock Spring. After that, undo the three giving fasteners and the horn switch. For some models, loosen two screws, whereas for others, loosen three, put the speed control switch aside after disconnecting it from the electrical connector.
