How to Maintain and Fix a Rocker Arm on 2008 Chrysler Aspen?

Before working on the rocker arm assembly, first cut power to the starter by disconnecting the battery from its negative terminal. Disconnect the cylinder head cover. For removal of the rockers on cylinders 3 and 5, set the crankshaft so that cylinder #1 is at TDC with the exhaust stroke. To ensure the TDC compression stroke for cylinders 2 and 8, turn the crankshaft until the same happens to cylinder #1. Perform the same step on cylinders 4 and 6, until cylinder #3 has reached the right side of top dead center. For the first two cylinders, turn the crankshaft until the engine marker is seated and cylinder #2 is on its TDC moment. To remove the rocker arm, press the valve spring down using 8516 Rocker Arm Remover.
