First, loosen the screw a little, move the door handle to the furthest spot and leave it there while you retighten the screw slightly; keep in mind that the thread on the left-hand front door is a right-hand thread and on the right-hand front door it is a left-hand thread, so the screw won't come off. After that, take out the small screw holding the lock cylinder on the front of the door.
