How to Maintain the Wiper Switch on 2008 Chrysler Pacifica?

The first step in service is to unconnect and separate the battery negative cable. It takes two minutes for the air bag system reserve capacitor to empty, so wait those two minutes to avoid the air bags going off by accident. After that, take out the top and bottom covers on the steering column and separate the instrument panel wire from the right multi-function switch. After that, remove the two screws holding the right multi-function switch inside the switch mounting housing and then pull out the complete switch.
