How to Service and Repair a Back Up Light Switch on 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

The first step in working on the back up lamp switch is to raise the vehicle on a hoist. After that, from under the vehicle, separate connector 1 of the back up lamp switch. With the final step, take out switch 2 from where it is mounted on the transaxle.
